We offer the following delivery options, depending on the size of the lanterns in your order:
ORDERS CONTAINING LANTERN SIZES 8", 12", AND/OR 16" ONLY
Standard Delivery - FREE
Free on all orders over £25 (delivery for orders under £25 costs £6). This is a tracked service, usually sent by Royal Mail RM48 (second class post). Please allow 4-6 working days.
Express - £12.50
A tracked service, usually sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered in 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday/Wednesday.
Saturday - £15.00
A tracked service, usually sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday/Wednesday.
ORDERS CONTAINING LANTERN SIZES 20" AND/OR 24"
Standard (large parcel) - £55.00
Larger lanterns (sized 20" and 24") are sent by APC. Please allow 3-5 working days.
PLEASE NOTE
- Please note that we are unable to accept orders for LED Lantern Lights for any offshore addresses.
- Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays are not working days. Please allow an extra day for Bank holidays. Orders may need a signature on arrival.
- Channel Islands customers - our selling prices include UK VAT of 20%, which will be deducted during the checkout process. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties, if applicable, that are levied by CI customs once the package reaches your destination.
