UK Mainland Delivery
We offer the following delivery options, depending on the size of the lanterns in your order:
ORDERS CONTAINING LANTERN SIZES 8", 12", AND/OR 16" ONLY
Standard Delivery - FREE
Free on all orders over £25 (delivery for orders under £25 costs £6). This is a tracked service, usually sent by Royal Mail RM48 (second class post). Please allow 3-5 working days.
Express - £8.50
A tracked service, usually sent by DPD. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Saturday - £15.00
A tracked service sent by DPD. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.
ORDERS CONTAINING LANTERN SIZES 20" AND/OR 24"
Standard (large parcel) - £12.50
Larger lanterns (sized 20" and 24") are sent by APC. Please allow 3-5 working days.
Express (large parcel) - £15.50
A tracked service sent by APC. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered in 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be delivered by the following Wednesday.
PLEASE NOTE
- Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays are not working days. Please allow an extra day for Bank holidays. Orders may need a signature on arrival.
